1.1. You have the right to cancel your order, partially or in full, within 14 days of payment.

2.1. To cancel your order, please submit a written request via email or post.
2.2. Your cancellation request must include:
• Your bank account number
• The account holder's name for refund purposes

3.1. We do not offer cash refunds.
3.2. We'll process your refund within 14 calendar days of receiving your cancellation notice and returned product.
3.3. Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.

4.1. If cancelling, please return unused and undamaged products within 7 calendar days of submitting your cancellation request.
4.2. Returned products must be:
• In unopened original packaging
• Include all manuals and documentation
• Accompanied by the original invoice

6.1. As a courtesy, we offer the option to exchange your product for another item. Any additional costs will be your responsibility.

7.1. Cancellations are only possible for standard products.
7.2. Custom orders (e.g., DIY kits made to your measurements) or products modified to your specifications cannot be returned or refunded.

8.1. After inspecting the returned product and documents, we'll send you a cancellation confirmation along with a credit note.
