In the food sector, it is used for disinfection (with bactericidal and fungicidal properties): for the disinfection of equipment and surfaces related to the production, transportation and storage of food for humans and animals, surfaces in contact with food and animal feed.
In the utility sector, it is used for disinfection (it has bactericidal and fungicidal properties): wall surfaces, work surfaces, floors that do not come into contact with food. VIROSOL is a mixture used to disinfect rooms and tools (has bactericidal and fungicidal properties) in mushroom farms and greenhouses outside production cycles after soil removal.
In the veterinary hygiene sector, it is used to disinfect materials and surfaces related to the rearing or transport of animals and livestock buildings.

INGREDIENTS:
alkyl(C12-16)dimethylbenzylammonium chloride;
Glutaral (glutaraldehyde)
Orthophosphoric acid
BIOCIDAL PROPERTIES:
Bactericidal - concentration 0.25%: contact time 30 minutes, at a temperature of 10°C (veterinary area); concentration 0.25%: contact time 5 minutes, temperature 20°C (food and public sector).
Fungicide - concentration 0.25%: contact time 30 minutes, at a temperature of 10°C (veterinary area); concentration 0.25%: contact time 15 minutes, temperature 20°C (food and public sector).
Virucidal - concentration 0.75%: exposure time 30 minutes, temperature 10°C (veterinary area).
APPLICATION:
- Disinfection of surfaces and equipment in the food industry,
- Disinfection of livestock buildings, animal transport vehicles, equipment and tools in the veterinary field,
- Disinfection of work surfaces, walls and floors in the utility sector,
- Disinfection of rooms and tools in mushroom farms and greenhouses. Disinfection in greenhouses and mushroom farms can only take place outside production cycles after soil removal.
- Disinfection of empty rooms in hatcheries
- Disinfection of empty rooms, halls and warehouses by fogging
HOW TO USE:
Prepare the VIROSOL working solution, depending on the disinfection area, with a concentration of: 0.25-0.75% by weight. Dissolve
0.25 kg - 0.75 kg of VIROSOL in 100 kg (liter) of water intended for human consumption.
Cover surfaces with solution gas using a foam system, spray or fogging equipment.
Adjust the contact time with the surface according to the concentration of the working solution,
temperature, type and area of disinfection (see above).
After the recommended exposure time, rinse surfaces thoroughly with water intended for human consumption.
PRECAUTIONS:
The product is harmful if swallowed. Causes severe skin burns and eye damage. May cause allergic skin reactions.
Harmful by inhalation. Inhalation may cause asthma symptoms or breathing difficulties.
It is highly toxic to aquatic organisms. Wear suitable protective clothing when pouring the mixture,
gloves, eye and face protection.
Store only in properly labeled manufacturer's packaging in a cool place, but above positive temperature, do not allow heating above 25°C or cooling below 10°C. Keep in the place where the product is
protected from sunlight and unauthorized access. Do not mix with other products.
After emptying, the packaging must be handled in accordance with the Packaging Waste Management Act. The recommended cleaning agent is water, possibly with the addition of detergents. Packaging that cannot be cleaned must be disposed of as a product.
