  1. Can I modify my order?

Yes, you can! If you wish to modify your order (e.g., add or remove products, change quantities), please contact us as soon as possible:

  1. Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you have the right to cancel your order. We kindly ask you to inform us about it at the earliest opportunity.

Key points for order cancellation:
• You have the right to cancel the order within 14 days after paying the invoice.
• To cancel, send us a written notice via email.
• Return unused and undamaged products within 7 days.
• Products must be in their original packaging with all documentation.
• We will refund your money (excluding shipping costs) within 14 days.

Note: Special orders and customized products usually cannot be returned.

  1. What payment methods can I use?

We offer several convenient payment methods:
• Payment by invoice
• E-banking links: Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, LHV, Coop Bank, Citadele, Revolut, and N26

  1. What happens if I don't pay for my order on time?

We kindly ask you to pay for your order within 3 working days. If the payment is not received by then, we will have to cancel your order. If you're having issues with payment, please contact us - we'll find a solution together!

  1. Can I exchange a product?

Yes, we offer the possibility to exchange the product for another one. Please note that any additional costs (e.g., shipping costs) will be borne by you.
