Return policy - 14 days

1. Right to Return

1.1. You have a 14-day return right for products purchased from our e-store, starting from the day you receive the goods.

1.2. Returned products must be:
• In perfect condition
• Complete with all parts
• In original packaging
• Unused

1.3. Custom-made or personalized products cannot be returned.

2. How to Return

2.1. To return a product, send a withdrawal notice to gosafe@inten.ee. You can find the return/withdrawal form HERE.

2.2. Please return the product promptly, no later than 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal.

3. Product Condition

3.1. If the returned product is damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling, we reserve the right to deduct the decrease in value from your refund or refuse a full refund.

3.2. We're not responsible for normal wear and tear from regular use.

4. Refunds

4.1. We'll refund all payments received from you within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice or the returned product, whichever is later.

4.2. We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned goods or evidence of you having sent them back.

4.3. Refunds will be made to the same payment method used for the original purchase.

5. Return Shipping

5.1. You're responsible for return shipping costs unless the product doesn't match what you ordered.

6. Exceptions

6.1. Products made to your specifications or clearly personalized cannot be returned or exchanged.

6.2. Perishable goods or products past their expiration date cannot be returned.

7. Final Notes

7.1. If a return doesn't meet our conditions, we won't issue a refund and will send the product back to you.
