- How will my order be delivered?
When placing your order, you can choose your preferred delivery method:
• Small products: Parcel lockers or courier service
• Oversized items: Typically delivered by courier service (parcel delivery or pallet transport)
Our e-shop system automatically limits shipping options based on product size and weight.

- Can I pick up my order immediately?
Please wait for an email confirmation that your order has been prepared before coming to collect it.
Once you receive the confirmation, you can pick up your order from our warehouse:

- Which countries do you deliver to?
We currently deliver to:
• Estonia
• Latvia
• Lithuania
• Finland
For deliveries outside these countries, please contact us at gosafe@inten.ee
- How long will delivery take?
Delivery times vary depending on the product and destination. You'll see estimated delivery times during checkout.
- Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order is shipped, we'll send you a tracking number via email.
- What if I'm not home when my package arrives?
For courier deliveries, they'll typically attempt delivery again or leave a note with further instructions. For parcel lockers, you'll receive a code to collect your package at your convenience.
- Do you offer free shipping?
We occasionally offer free shipping promotions. Check our website or newsletter for current offers.
- What if my item arrives damaged?
Please contact us immediately at gosafe@inten.ee with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or refund as soon as possible.
